Hi there - I'm looking for a female roommate, preferably a young working professional, recent graduate or current student to share a 2BD+Loft/2BA apartment in the Palms/Culver City area to occupy the loft space of my apartment. You will get the entire space of the loft to yourself. Rent is $650 a month and we split the cost of utilities (internet, gas, electricity) 3-way. January rent is $510. I'm looking for someone who can stay the length of the lease (1 year). You will need to do a credit check of $25, pay a security deposit of $650, and sign a written agreement with me. The room will be available starting January 7th, although we need some time to set up utilities (this is a brand new lease, so the apartment has been cleaned and all by management). You don't get the key until your credit check is verified. ABOUT US -There will be three people total in this apartment. I am a recent UCLA graduate starting a new job in the Westside area. The other roommate is male, recent UCI graduate and taking classes now at SMC and volunteering at a clinic.ABOUT YOU - Clean, easy going, and respectful (we are too). Pays rent on time. No smokers or drug users. ABOUT THE APARTMENT - Vaulted ceilings, an upper unit with a balcony. Square footage is 1260. On site laundry available. The apartment is overall a bit small ( the living room), but perhaps because it is, the rent is affordable. The kitchen has granite counters, tons of cabinet space, stove, dishwasher, etc. The only thing is that there isn't a fridge, so we would have to split the cost of one 3-way. TRANSPORTATION - You can rotate a garage space with the other roommate and/or do street parking, which is fairly easy to find. There is a Big Blue Bus stop right next to the apartment, and close to UCLA campus (< 5 miles away). Note: Apartment is unfurnished.
