The rentals include a private furnished bedroom with solid wood floors, a shared bathroom (when there are two renters), shared common area/kitchenette with microwave and cart, toaster, Keurig, and a table with two chairs. There is access to laundry in the basement on a requested basis. No smoking/drugs allowed on premises, no pets allowed, no overnight guests, no George Forman, hotplate, air frier, or deep frier, in other words, only the kitchen appliances provided will be allowed. Parking is on the street in front. The lease is a month-to-month lease, automatically renewable unless a letter of termination is offered by either the renter or the landlord. A 1st month rent and a security deposit are required upon signing the lease. Access to the rental rooms is through the front door and up the stairs.
