STORAGE There is a storage place that is under the main building that you have access too (though there is plenty of space, the entry way is not a standard door, so it can store lots, but not big furniture). THE PLACE This place is cute, private, and small. It is approximately 20 x 20 not including the bathroom / laundry-room. So, there is a bedroom area that is open to the living room area, which is open to the kitchen area. The kitchen has nice cabinets, marble counter-tops. There is a lot of natural lighting in the unit. It is small, but has an open design that makes it feel larger. Also included in the rent is a projector tv with a pull-down screen that allows your home to have a movie theatre, but not always feel like a tv room.
