Our beautifully manicured property is landscaped by many different indigenous blooming flowers of Hawaii, coconut palm trees, many varieties of fruit trees (oranges, lemons, tangerines, limes, tangelo, avocado, mango, & macadamia) which you are welcome to share and there is direct access to the large shared Bermuda grassed backyard right outside the front door of unit. The backyard is an amazing place to layout in the sun for tan or to just read a book, or to raise and shine with your morning coffee. There's nothing like an afternoon cold beer or glass of wine while you sit watch the color filled sunset. Our property allows for majestic color filled sunsets 365 days a year with stunning breath taking views of the Pacific Ocean, 4 of the Hawaii Islands, Poli Poli Park, the 8 million acre Kaonoulu Cattle Ranch right next door, and Haleakal National Park with all rolling hills of the rest of Upcountry. We live on our property full-time year round and we are here to make sure you're stay is of the highest quality. We also do have 3 dogs on property that love to have their belly's rubbed, ears scratched, and their frisbees tossed for them. The property is fully fenced in and its very important to keep all the gates shut and secured at all times during your stay. You will be given a key code to access the driveway's automatic closing electric gate which keeps our property secured from uninvited guests, our animals safe, and the wild herds of deer that free range Upcountry at night. We are just a 5 mins from Keokea Town where Grandma's Restaurant & The Kula Hospital are located. We are also just few blocks from Kula Bistro, La Provence French Bakery & Restaurant and The Morihara General Store, 5-10 min drive to the Pukalani Foodland Grocery Store and the Pukalani restaurants, 1 mile from The Kula Lavender Farm and bthe Kula Country Farms, and a gorgeous 20 min drive to Haleakal National Park. At anytime during your stay or prior to your stay if you have any questions, need direction, or need assistance please don't hesitate to contact us anytime. Mahalo Landlord pays water. Electricity is based on the monthly rate provided from Maui Electric and the usage your units digital sub-meter shows which we calculate on the first of every month. Propane is filled on an as needed basis. 1 Dog under 40lbs is considered and approved by landlord with a pet deposit of $350. Pets must be supervised at ALL TIMES if they're approved. Tenant will have assigned parking space/s. Guests staying longer then 48hrs needs to be approved by landlord and no stays longer then 1 week, unless approved by landlord. You will be given one gate remote for the front drive access gate to the estate. Smoking is permitted outside of the residence. Landlord takes care of pest control and landscaping costs. Tenant is responsible for the cost to replace or repair any damage to property, appliances, or furniture in unit. Late fee of $100 if rent is not paid by the 3rd of the month.
