The place is an Alexa enabled smart home, will be offered fully furnished with queen size Nectar memory foam bed, couch, TV, wifi internet, sit/stand desk, dining table, washer/dryer, gas stove, microwave, fridge, and all kitchen gadgets and appliances you might want, including a Vitamix, airfryer and an Nespresso machine. No dishwasher though. Large backyard deck with gas grill, string lights, and patio furniture and umbrella. One designated parking spot on driveway, or plenty of free street parking in front. I have a dog so if you are allergic, may not be the best place for you. Close to Cal Berkeley campus, bus line 72 is only one block away which takes you to Oakland downtown in minutes, and 5 min drive or walkable to the Emeryville Marina. Off peak ~15-20 minutes to downtown San Francisco. Walking distance to Paradise Cafe, Los Moles, Kebab King, Easy Creole, Namaste Pizza, Novel Brewery, Berkeley Bowl West, IronWorks Climbing gym, City Sports gym, Emeryville Public Market, Emeryville Amtrak station, and Ashby Bart station. Only 5-10 min drive to Temescal, Rockridge, and downtown Berkeley, Berkeley Marina, and numerous beautiful hikes in Tilden Regional Park, Lake Merritt, Redwood Regional Park, or Lake Chabot.
