Stainless steel GE Monogram appliances. Ice maker and wine refrigerator. 2 car stalls in over sized, attached, heated garage. Large driveway with additional off street parking. Downtown Breckenridge and gondola is a short 10 minute drive. Gold Run Nordic Center is 1 minute down the hill. Keystone, A-Basin, Loveland, and Copper Mountain ski areas are all within a 30 minute drive. Vail Resort is 45 minutes away. Frisco's Family Adventure Park/Sledding Hill is a 15 minute drive. Snowmobiling, snowshoeing, Alpine and Nordic skiing, ice skating, dog sledding, sleigh rides and many other winter activities are available within Summit County. Public transportation to the gondola is available at the Gold Run Nordic Center, a 1 minute drive down the road from the house and it runs 2 times an hour. The home (less apartment) is available from October 15, 2024 to May 15, 2025. Lease is $13,000 per month. Security deposit is equivalent to one months rent. Lock off apartment (optional if available) is $3,000 per month, $3,000 security deposit. First and last month lease payment as well as security deposit are due at lease signing.
