House was completely remodeled in 2007, tearing down walls to modernize it into an open concept as well as completely redoing the electrical throughout the house with brand new matching Stove, Microwave, and Dishwasher. All cabinets were replaced, as well as a new granite sink. The tile in the kitchen and bathroom is vinyl tile and very durable. The kitchen has a bar that is 10 feet long! The Living Room is wired to use a projector for watching TV and movies. It could easily be switched over to a standard TV.
