We do not need the mobile home, but it was recently renovated and should be a great home for someone. It has almost new appliances: washer/dryer, stove, refrigerator, and microwave. There are other articles of furniture included as well. The lighted carport is new as of 2018 and is included in the price; as are the decks if the buyer so desires, or the seller will remove the decks. Both the mobile home and carport must moved by the buyer. (The Zillow estimate is incorrect. The Zillow ranges from $10,000 to $180,000 appear to reflect recent property sales, not the home. The 2022 sale price was $35,000.)
