Hello, I am looking for someone to rent the room upstairs in this two story cabin / cottage styled house with modern comforts including central heating and air. The house is located at the start of Farragut in West Knoxville, about one minute from Turkey Creek and about five minutes from The Cove / Concord Park. It is located off of Canton Hollow Rd (Lovell) near Gold's Gym (formerly The Rush). Great location! I am 27, male and I work as a graphic designer. You must be drug free and organized / able to leave shared spaces how you found them. I allow get-togethers but not full blown parties, been there done that. I am mainly offering this room for rent to put away savings and to help cover travel / car maintenance expenses. I'm financially independent and I don't need to have a roommate so I will only allow respectful individuals. Stay for as many months as you like but I prefer for you to stay 6 months to a year. The cabin is spacious and fully furnished and you will have use of all shared spaces in addition to your room. The room for rent is upstairs and is already decorated with a beach-house theme, but you may redecorate it if you like within reason. The included private bathroom (with a shower and skylight) is also upstairs so it's essentially like having your own floor of the house. The room also includes two closets that connect and it is very spacious. The last two images are of the room you'd be renting. There is a big screen TV on the premises with access to Netflix that you can use when I'm not using it. You will also have full use of the kitchen / dishwasher. I have a working washer / dryer and a garage that you can use if you need to work on your vehicle. There is also an interior fireplace, an outdoor barbecue grill, an outdoor barbecue smoker and a nice fire pit on site but I request that you don't use them unless I am home. I do have a dog and two cats but they have their own room while i'm away I am considering getting rid of the cats in the near future. I am asking $650 a month.
