There's a two car attached garage that in not included, but half is available to rent for additional fee. The place is spacious with large living area. Space for gardening and chickens if desired. Rent is $1050, plus gas and electric. We are dog friendly (Yes that means no cats) for an additional fee upon condition they are not barkers/jumpers. Others live on site. Qualified renters only.
