Home located in quiet neighborhood with chain link fencing. Appliances are available for tenant's use, but TENANT will be RESPONSIBLE for any maintenance and repair, including washer, dryer, stove, microwave, fridge, AC unit and Heating. All appliances are working properly so if tenant chooses to use those appliances then they need to be returned in working order when moving out or tenant can bring their own appliances. If tenant chooses to bring their own appliances, then house appliances must be stored in the garage until move out. A yearly Maintenance of AC unit and submission of receipt from licensed technician and needs to be submitted to landlord for record. Move in requirements are First Month, Last Month, and security deposit.
