You'll enter onto the second level comprised of the kitchen, great room, 1 bedroom, bathroom, and laundry closet. A few steps down is the 1st floor bedroom and on-suite full bath and exterior doors. Ascending up from the main level is the 3rd floor bedroom with on-suite full bath and walk-in closet. Sleeping accommodations are as follows: 1st floor bedroom: 1 queen bed. 2nd floor bedroom: twin over full pyramid bed. 3rd floor bedroom: 1 queen bed. No Smoking. No Cats. Lease includes all utilities, cable, internet, water, sewer, and amenity fees. First and last month rent plus security deposit required at check-in. Tenant must conform to all Venture Three rules.
