Lease Renewal and Termination At the conclusion of the 12-month lease term, the agreement will automatically convert to a month-to-month tenancy unless a new lease is signed. During the month-to-month period, either party may terminate the lease by providing at least 30 days' written notice prior to the intended move-out date. If the Tenant chooses to vacate at the end of the initial lease term, a minimum 30 days' written notice is also required. 6. Move-Out Inspection and Security Deposit Refund A walk-through inspection will be conducted by Owner after Tenant has vacated the property and returned all keys. The security deposit, less any deductions for damages, cleaning, or unpaid charges (if applicable), will be returned to Tenant within 30 days of termination of tenancy and delivery of possession, along with an itemized list of any deductions made, in accordance with South Carolina law.
