This is basically a new house with "old house" tax perks! Over $110,000 of materials were put into this house, not including labor. Originally I planned on keeping the house long term but life does its thing and plans unexpectedly changed. EVERYTHING inside and outside of this house was replaced and upgraded with top notch material (except the AC and furnace. Looked at by an HVAC specialist and thinks it will be good for years)

Example: if there are more than two people in the house and the outside temperature is above 40°, you will need to turn on the AC as the temperature will slowly rise by 1 degree every couple hours. The AC only kicks on every couple hours but if it is in heat mode the house just gets warmer and warmer.
-Brand new tankless water heater
-All new PEX water lines to every fixture with a PEX Manabloc manifold. Every plumbing fixture has its very own hot and cold line that you are able to turn off and isolated at the manabloc. Example: if you get a leak or need to replace a water fixture, you can shut just that fixture off and still have water to the rest of the house.
-Hand made 3/4" maple cabinets in kitchen and master bath vanity. These are super sturdy and should last a life time! Topped with concrete countertops and a nice famers sink.
-90% of the floor joists were replaced and upgraded.

-Main water supply line to house was upgraded from 1/2" copper to 1" PEX from house to water main curb stop.

-Exterior cameras on the front door, back door, front yard, back yard and basement.
-Mailbox is new and located directly in front of the house. (Anyone from around here knows most people have to walk down the block to their mailbox as they are bunched together.)
