There is also a full size laundry set on the top floor to clean your gear for the next days adventures. (Boiler to be replaced October of 2022 - better reliability and efficiency.) Currently available as a short term rental. I would refund up to $500 of a short term rental booked if you later sign a long term lease. Would consider 6 month ski season lease at $6250/mo.
