A very charming cape cod that has been extremely well maintained and remodeled and updated over 40 plus years, including necessary tree removal and other landscaping needs. I love it here! There is a large picture window in the cozy family/tv room that overlooks the back/woods. It’s a favorite spot as well as the living room which contains the gas fireplace. We are only the second owners since it was built in 1942! Improvements are ongoing to keep it comfortable for us and maintain value. Excellent school system in Penfield. Both our daughters graduated Penfield HS after attending Indian Landing elementary and Bay Trail Middle School.
