One bedroom is large enough to be a bonus room. The bedrooms boast attention to the little details that help make your life more comfortable ... duvet bed covers, drawers, mirrors and chairs. Relax and enjoy a large fenced in yard and a deck with table and chairs. The large grassy, fenced in back yard and deck provide ample space for picnics and relaxation. A SMALL PET MIGHT BE ALLOWED (with pet deposit). Short (6 months minimium) or Long term. Pest control service paid by owner. Other utilities paid by tenant. Utilities may be kept in owner's name for a 6 month lease, if desired. Tenant will reimburse owner. NO SMOKING IN THE HOME OR ON THE PROPERTY.
