There's a large window facing a community garden, three good sized closets, in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, community rec room with rooftop access (grills, fire pit, ping pong), gym, yoga room, and a library for studying. There's a large bathroom with tub and plenty of cabinet space.
This is a brand new modern unit with stainless-steel appliances right across from New Seasons and public transportation. Lots of shops and places to eat, easy to find street parking or pay extra for a parking spot in the garage, there's free bike parking. Walking distance to parks, Alberta and Mississippi streets!
Our lease ends February 2018. You can split this unit with a friend for $670 each. You would be able to renew the lease in February if you'd like. Let us know if you're interested in seeing the unit. Hoping to find someone to move in as soon as possible or by July 1st. We're planning for some work travels and need to downsize to save money, otherwise, we love living here!
