There are two bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs, making it perfect for two families traveling together or large families. Upstairs features a king bedroom with en-suite full bathroom, a bedroom with two queen beds, and a bathroom with shower. Downstairs includes another king bedroom with a futon, a back bedroom with two queen beds, and another full shower bathroom with a half bath. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee of $50 per pet. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Located off Michael Donald Ave in the Old Dauphin Way Historic District of Mobile, this residential area offers plenty of parking if you decide to drive yourself. Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area as well. Quiet hours are after 10PM to respect the neighborhood. There is a strict no parties rule.
