Welcome to Three Brothers Vacation Rental, 107 Spring Street in Kingman, Arizona, and thank you for lodging with us! You will find that we are located within easy walking distance of Route 66 which runs through historic downtown Kingman. 107 Spring Street is a historic home, originally built in 1919, and has been expanded at least twice. The "three brothers' bedroom" was an addition to the home prior to its acquisition by Elmer and Frankie Voss in 1952. The "Route 66 room" was an addition built by Elmer Voss sometime thereafter. You can see Elmer and Frankie's pictures in the house, as well as a few pictures of their three sons. Later in life, Elmer used the back garage which he built himself as a shop for building and repairing bicycles. This is why the house has a partial bicycle theme decor. You can see a few of Elmer's original business cards on the coffee table. This home is very special to both Bill and to me. Bill designed the remodel and directed the renovation, cheerfully agreeing to the project and investment in partnership with Laurie, who is the Voss' granddaughter. The cabinets you see in the kitchen are considered 'mid-century modern' and were installed by the Vosses in the 1950s. Bill had them resurfaced in an auto-body shop, and all of the original attachments, insignia, and labels were preserved. Laurie spent many happy years here with parents and grandparents, siblings and cousins. This is our family home. All of the books and pictures and memorabilia that you see is for your enjoyment; however, nothing is meant to be taken as a souvenir! Please enjoy and respect our historic home. It is filled with memories and love. Enjoy your stay! Vacation Rental - Winter Snowbirds Welcome
