An 800 sq ft single bedroom unfurnished apartment available. Although it's technically a sublet, the leasing contract transfers directly into the new tenant's name and my name is taken off. Current contract lasts until March 31st 2018, however the leasing agent has notified me that a longer contract is an option if a new tenant would rather lease for a year from your signing date. Move in date is open ended, if you choose to move in at any point during the month that month's rent will be adjusted accordingly.
Current monthly rent is $1015 a month, however certain local employees get a 25$ a month discount depending on your employer. Heat and water are included in the bill, however electric and AC are not, so feel free to be as comfortable as you want during the winter.
The bedroom is spacious and has two full size closets (one of the highlights of the apartment), and the living room was big enough for a full size couch, love seat, coffee table, and tv with a large tv stand. The kitchen comes with refrigerator, stove, sink, and dishwasher, and has plenty of cabinet space and 2 pantries. Located on the second floor, the stairs are wide enough that moving should be a breeze for any size furniture. The parking lot out front has plenty of space, and this section of the complex only has apartments on 1 side so even at its busiest there is plenty of room for guests and multiple vehicles. Although only 1 bedroom, it is definitely spacious enough to accommodate 2 people comfortably.
Located by the intersection of 155 and Western Ave in Guilderland, you'd be located within a mile of a Market 32, and between the Star Plaza, Wolf Rd, and Crossgates Mall, there is quite literally every store you could want to shop at in the capital region within 5 miles of you.
