Cancellation Policy: For peak season rentals (January through April), the security deposit and rent payment will be fully refundable with a 90-day written notice of cancellation. With less than a 90-day notice, a refund of your security deposit and rents will be contingent upon the ability to re-rent the accommodations. For off peak rentals (May through December), with a -120 day prior written notice of cancellation, the security deposit and any rents is fully refundable. With less than a 120-day notice, a refund of your security deposit and rents will be contingent upon the ability to re-rent the accommodations. There is no refund for unused accommodations due to late arrival or early departure. Taxes, utilities, trash, lawn service, newspaper, pest control, Youtube TV, high speed WiFi and 4 Seater Gas Golf cart are included. The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs + Full amount of lease is due before start of term.
