    A charming 1+ bedroom lower unit in duplex not far from the University of Minnesota, in the SE Mpls neighborhood. (1st block N of 24th Ave SE & Talmage, 55414) Good freeway access to both downtowns and one block to the bus stop. Pictures with furniture are from 2018 and 2020, and the wood floors were refinished since then. Pictures without furniture including kitchen & bath pics are current. This place could be good for someone with a house trained, well behaved cat or dog given the hardwood floors, fenced back yard and deck. (Pets approved on a case by case basis.) Might also be good for someone who appreciates a decent sized kitchen. In addition to the 1 bedroom there's another room that's a little too small to be considered a 2nd bedroom (hence the 1+ bedroom). It could make a cozy study, office, den or something similar. Rent is $1350/mo + gas & electric utilities (trash & water provided). I'm open to lowering rent a bit in exchange for light care taking duties for the right person who would treat the place well, and care for it like their own home. Includes one off street parking spot, basement storage, dishwasher, your own laundry, front porch, fenced back yard & deck.
