It is a shared kitchen & laundry room, and off street parking. Fenced in back yard with large patio, deck, & 2 fire pits. All utilities are included: -Highspeed Internet -Heat -Electric -Water -If you are interested in Xfinity cable we would split the cost. Shared spaces are the kitchen (upstairs) & laundry room (downstairs). Move in ready on 9/1. $1100 security deposit and first month's rent due at lease signing. Additional $500 non refundable security deposit for a pet, plus $50/month pet rent. Home is conveniently located close to 94, and Arbor Lakes. Close to many biking and walking trails and about 5 minutes to Elm Creek Park Reserve. The right fit would be a professional (preferably female) that is animal friendly, quiet, clean, honest, respectful, and not a heavy drinker. No smoking. No overnight guests. 6 month lease to start.
