Also has in unit washer and dryer in shared garage space (with owner's storage). Owner pays for gas, electricity, water, trash, and WiFi (included in monthly rent). No smoking allowed. Only fee is one time cleaning fee. Lease is month to month (cannot do 12 month terms) and can be prorated to the week with a minimum one month stay.
