Great, newly renovated studio apartment in a quiet well maintained property. The main house is a gorgeous mansion once owned by the Bausch family. The carriage house consists of studio apartments. All studio apartments in the carriage house have new energy efficient equipment, featuring heat pumps, air conditioning as well as new heat pump hot water tanks. We work diligently to provide and maintain a great place to live. We are looking for quiet, clean, respectful and courteous tenants. Only people who take pride in their surroundings need apply. Landlord pays for water, tenant pays utilities. Lease terms are month to month. However, we are looking for long term tenants. The month to month tenancy allows both parties to part company if either side is unhappy. If you like it, you'll want to stay, if you're a good tenant we will want you to stay.
