One mile from the beach! This gated community has a nice large private pool area. You have 2 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths laundry roompatio and yard. Large living space but this unit is not furnished however there is great parking. I love that the neighborhood it is in a gated community with this unit in front of the lake. There will be no complaints. The gated neighborhood is a plus for having your kids play outside worry free. Driving is the best way to Get around. Having the beach close is an added bonus.
