Damages and reimbursement:
We generally don't have any issues but we feel we should communicate this clearly and upfront with our guests. We turn over the unit in a good condition to our valued guests and we expect the unit to be turned over back in the same condition. Any damages to the furniture, stains on linens will be documented and chargeable.
We have allocated about $250 per month in utilities, electricity is the most expensive utility and is used for cooling and heating the house. We asked our guests to turn down the heating/cooling when they leave the house to avoid waste and avoid running a large utilities bill. If utilities run beyond our normal $250 we may ask our guests to cover the balance so be mindful.
This is a very quiet neighborhood; we can't have any excessive noise or activities. We just want to ensure guests are aware of this. We have absolute quiet times outside the house from 10pm to 8am. Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the house. Please ensure to keep the house clean and avoid damaging furniture to avoid chargeback on your security deposit.
Cancellation policy:
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
