We moved in late May 2025. Everything was seemingly great. Appliances were purchased through Ashley home furniture store as this is who Veridian works with. Our beverage fridge went out in July. It’s now almost October. We still don’t have an ETA on when this will be fixed. The the dryers we purchased from same store - broke while drying- this month September 2025. No ETA on when this may be fixed. Would expect that since these are both brand new items they would just replace them. Instead we can’t use our items for weeks to months. Our sump pump was either defective or placed incorrectly. So during the storms in August it failed and our finished basement flooded. While Veridian is making good on this being re-done we are still in the process with outstanding items- now 7 weeks out. So unfortunately we cannot recommend. The building process was great and home given on time. Those you meet initially home rep and builder have been fantastic and warm. During our flooding our builder came out to help and give advice early on a Sunday morning. So I would always recommend working with them. But the suppliers Veridian has worked with leave much to question.

Unfortunately 50% of the appliances had issues from day 1. Dishwasher rack rail and poor performance (partially fixed), microwave door sensor (fixed) and high-end stove wiggling and gas oven (not fixed after 4 months). Lawn was rushed and poorly seed (there is no guarantee on this work). Temporary irrigation installed and lawn company has it running while it was raining for a1000 water bill (care less).
