This a very quiet multi-unit building, the existing tenants in the building are all working professionals. All tenants are very quiet and respectful of each other. The entire building is non-smoking. The property management team is available 7 days per week, they are dedicated, professional and resolve issues quickly. The property management team and the owner are frequently onsite to ensure the common areas (e.g. hallways, porches, yard and parking lot) are clean and well maintained while ensuring the exterior of the building is tidy and the curb appeal is strong. Smoking: This is a smoke free building, this includes the common areas - smoking of any type is prohibited. Pets: Dog are not allowed, regardless of the breed or size.
