Exterior Features: Thermostat was set to 73 upon our arrival and was set down to 62 upon departure. Winterization documentation was for 12-11-09. Winterization appears to still be intact. Rear door to garage does not have a locking mechanism; however it was previously screwed shut. It was left in this condition. Both doors on shed at rear of property have fallen off. Both appear to have come off due to natural causes (wind and rot on frames.) Door was placed in shed after picture. Check of the property found no roof damage or water leakage. Basement has a dehumidifier and power is on, however humidity in the basement is still high. Mold was discovered in two rooms and on debris (cabinet). The only broken window is in the bathroom on the main floor. The outer storm window is intact so this will not provide any concern.
