We also do a small back ground check with application fee ($55 per adult) No pets allowed. Unit comes with blinds in all windows, and all light bulbs are installed. (one time only you have to replace if damaged while you are there) If rent is late there will be a $100 late fee applied . The other half of security deposit will be put on a 4 month payment plan when you sign lease.
