2 clean and responsible roommates looking for third roommate in almost new town home. The townhouse is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, with two separate living room areas, a deck, and a two car garage. There is also a washer and dryer on the premises. House has granite counter tops with new appliances. Town-home is located two blocks away from the Inner harbor, Harbor East, as well as John Hopkins. We are one block away from 83 and close to Canton, Fells, and Fed Hill (walking distance). There is ample parking in the area that is free so parking will never be an issue as well as space in the garage and carport for parking. There is lots of storage and a downstairs living room area. The house is now furnished but bedroom is empty for the new roommate to furnish as they see fit. A little about the roommates - we are clean and laid back. We work normal hours during the week and like to attend concerts and work out during our free time. We are looking for someone respectful and will keep the house clean. Move in date is 4/7 and rent and sec deposit are 800 a month with utilities that are split (BGE, Comcast and water) they usually average 60-150 a month depending. Rent is due on the 1st of the month.
