The previous residents just got transferred unexpectedly so we are trying to find new renters as soon as possible. This is a very private and quiet house tucked behind another house in the Fry's Spring area near the University of Virginia. It is convenient to buses, trolleys and the interstate system. There are 3 off street parking spaces and a long but narrow U shaped yard around the sides and back of the house with big trees. There are four large bedrooms and two full baths. Each bedroom has a closet and there are a huge hall closet and a laundry closet as well. There is a handsomely framed "pass through" that opens up the dining/kitchen area to the living room. Most of the floors are wood but two of the bedrooms have beige carpet. We are considering changing the carpet to wood. There is a laundry nook in the kitchen and a washer and a dryer are provided. The kitchen includes a GAS range!, lots of cabinets and counter space, a dishwasher and a refrigerator. There is a small patio and a gardening space off the kitchen deck. Renter pays for all utilities. Pet fees: a cat is $150 and a small to medium dog is $300.
