This converted boat building barn is located on the Neck River and is south of Rt 1 in Madison, Connecticut. The first floor has a great room with kitchen area that includes a washer/dryer, gas stove, refrigerator and hardwood floors. On the second floor is a private master bedroom with queen bed, a large sitting area with a twin bed & trundle and a spacious bathroom with tub/shower. There is a large storage area on the third floor. This cottage has modern propane heat, but if you wish you can use the wood burning stove. Outside the field stone patio overlooks a tidal river. Rent is $1100. per month and includes lawn service and weekly curbside trash pick-up. Tenant pays for all utilities except water. Two months security deposit is required. Sorry no pets or smoking.
