Beautiful country location with manufactured home on permit foundation. Natural gas heating in home and shop. Haven't planned on here very long so haven't done a lot of updates but here is a list of the updates we have done. In house: New floating wood floor in kitchen, dining room, living area and main bathroom. Installed double filter system underneath and in house. Replaced all sinks and faucets and installed valves under all sink locations. Installed light/ceiling fans in living room and master bedroom. Installed updated electric water heater. Replaced gas line coming into the house. Recently installed 1.5hp Grundfos submersible pump and PVC pipe in well last summer. Just had the 1000gal septic tank pumped. Last summer had a new front deck built on front of house. Ordered all new windows for the house, they are paid for in full, they will need to be installed by current owner or new owners if the house is sold. Has central AC. Replaced fan on AC unit outside of the house. Also installed new fan in Furness. Kitchen and laundry room appliances with stay with the house. Shop: 1600sq 40x40 shop with (1) 12' and (1) 14' in height non insulated overhead doors. Fully insulated walls and ceiling white metal siding inside from roof to floor. 110 outlets every 6'. Two large 240 outlets by overhead doors 5/8" sheet rock fireproof ceiling. Wood heat and natural gas heat. Large storage attached addition to south side of shop. Large open space to the north of the house that used to have corals and arena. Removed all corals and leveled ground for driving and pulling semis through. Establish lawn and tall trees on west side of the house boarding the road and south side of the property. There is an easement access to the shop on the south side of the property. Large yard lights on the NorthSouth and west side of the shop.
