Looking for the right person to rent my freshly painted basement with new LVP flooring and appliances (refrigerator and microwave). It comes with a couch (if need it). easy access to public transportation (bus stops and commuter rail). Great quiet neighborhood. Close to grocery and other stores (Walmart, Market Basket, Target, Home Depot, and so on). The basement is big enough to be used for a bedroom and a small living room. The tenant will share the bathrooms (one full and a half ) with the owner (a single Female professional working in higher education ). The tenant will have a refrigerator and microwave in the basement and can use the kitchen upstairs when needed. Some of the cabinets in the kitchen will be available for the tenant to use for food storage and cooking appliances. The lease will be for a year but 6 months is an option. Utilities are included in the rent: Water, Electricity, Gas, Internet-wifi, one off-street parking spot. No smoking or drinking in the house. No pets, but a small aquarium with fish is okay. Family members can stay up to a week (the owner must be notified first). No partying in the house. Guests are allowed when visiting, no staying overnight. The owner must be notified if having multiple guests.
