CREDIT HISTORY We may require you to submit a copy of your credit report obtained within the last 60 days. (Credit Karma will usually suffice.) A specific score is not required, however negative reports including things such as late payments, collections, judgements, large total debt load and bankruptcy may result in a denial of application. CRIMINAL HISTORY: Criminal convictions or pending charges which may compound to result in an application denial include any crime that would adversely impact the comfort level,health, safety or right of peaceful enjoyment of the premises of the residents, workmen or owner/agent. EXCEPTIONS If you would be an excellent tenant, but do not meet all the screening guidelines you may submit a written explanation of your extenuating circumstances which may require additional consideration.
