This area doesn't get trash service you will have to take trash to the fire department down the street. (.5 miles) and lawn care will be your responsibility I highly suggest a ride on mower lol. Rent will be $1,850 plus utilities (utilities average a total of $250 a month on the high end, electric is with snapping shoals NOT griffin) the neighborhood is very quiet and everyone minds their own business.
