I have lived here for 20 years. It has been a wonderful home. It has an awesome large back deck overlooking the wild life and beautiful Arkansas mountains and trees. In the front yard you can see Beaver Lake. Always a fantastic sunrise or sunset over the lake. The distant neighbors here are awesome, but you're secluded enough you feel peace here.
