Beautiful Near Mountain Home. Only 5 minutes from downtown Boulder. Rental home in beautiful Fourmile Canyon for rent for 3 month minimum stay term starting Nov 1st 2022 ending May 30th 2023 (6 months rental preferred). We are looking for responsible tenants, preferably a small family or grad student / professor. Not available for undergrad party house. We share a driveway with our friendly neighbors, and we do not want to inconvenience them with excessive traffic. But for the right tenants our home will provide a unique opportunity being only 5 minutes from downtown Boulder. Friendly dogs will be considered (with additional pet fee), and our large, fenced yard is exceptional in this near mountain community. No cats please. This is a mountain home with lots of bears, mountain lions, and typical rodent concerns. The yard and home will require maintenance and renters must be able to tolerate common mountain home lifestyle (including power and internet outages). Credit/Background check will be required for any tenants. Compliance with wildfire regulations will be strictly monitored throughout rental due to obvious concerns for wildfires in the community. Also, renters must be knowledgeable of risks due to flash flooding given the proximity to the creek which is absolutely beautiful. Only serious and extremely responsible renters will be considered. We are hoping to find the right people to live in our home, love it, and be kind to our neighbors.
