House with a detached 3 car garage, lots of parking + RV or boat parking. 1 bedroom & the only bathroom is on the main floor, 2 bedrooms are upstairs. HUGE living room with a view of the water & a wood fireplace. Full basement with washer/dryer hook ups & storage space - not meant for any kind of living space. We are allowing a pet on a case by case basis but the yard is not fully fenced, there is no pet fee required. There is parking off the alley in front of the detached garage. This home is offered by The Rental Connection, a property management company and an equal opportunity housing company. 1st month's rent and deposit are required at move in, deposit is equal to the rent. If a co-signer is needed/wanted they will also need to complete an application, provide documentation of making a minimum of 4 times the amount of rent plus own a home in the Snohomish County and pre-approved surrounding areas.
