The trailer was custom built for the tiny house and is 40' x 10' and weighs around 20k+ pounds. The house is nearly ready to move in - all cosmetic work is finished. All work is brand new and has never been lived in - applicanes include fridge, stove, and oven. There is a closet in the hallway which can fit a washer/dryer but currently it would just be storage. The loft size is 76" x 109", with a 20" ceiling on the low end, and 28" on the higher end. The kitchen features a 6ft accordion style window. Our idea had been to build a porch off the sliding door and make accessible outdoor seating. The house needs plumbing to be finished - the vanity and toilet in the bathroom are not set. There is currently no hot water heater, there is also no shower door/curtain system. Price does not include shipping or land to put it on.
