The location is ideal for any graduate student, UIHC worker, young professional, and undergraduate student since the Cambus stop is across the street. After carefully comparing prices in the area and attending many showings, I found this gem of an apt, and am holding on to it for my entire 4 years of medical school. I am doing away rotations for a year (Jan. '18-Jan '19) and so I would like to sublet my apt. so that I can return to it in 2019 for my final years of medical school. Ideally, I would like to find a subletee for the entire 1 year duration, but if that is not possible then I can accept a flexible, shorter lease. The apt will be fully furnished with a kitchen table set, lazyboy, couch, entertainment stand, queen size bed, dresser, and very large L-shaped desk. If the subletee would like for me to continue having all utilities and wifi in my name, then it costs $81/mo. Unique to my unit alone, is that my parking spot is in a corner, so you can fit up to 3 cars into my space. The apartment also features central air-conditioning/heating with programmable thermostat, a walk-in closet with plenty of storage, gas stove (boils water 2 min), a detachable shower head 1 month old, a clean tub w/o stains to soak in, and east side facing windows with view of trees and 2nd street. Each unit also comes with a designated storage space in the main hallway thats 3 x 4 ft. (can fit 2 large moving boxes and several medium boxes)
