    Needs paint throughout & some water damage & possible mold. Appliance in need of repair or replacement is oven. Kitchen in midst of remodal had part of cabinets removed to fit larger fridge. Flooring partially removed in preperation for install. Central air at end of lifespan and has led to significant repair issues. Should be replaced very soon. Cracked driveway, & front walk in state of repair/replacement along with landscaping may be due to issues with storm water run off problem. Neighborhood Description Bank owned, deteriorating, & LOTS of empty homes! Banks took over this neighborhood,dishonest brokers were so greedy,this neighborhood is no longer established.Has led to car theft, (2 at this address),regular auto & rec vehicle break ins, homeless camping in and around homes,(as in right next to my house,houses being stripped and damaged,u haul pulled up and removed new solid oak cabinets), regular & increasing crime.Assaults, burglery, and indecent behaviors, (yes, actually shat on sidewalk in middle of day.)This street has 17 houses total,currently 4 in forclosure & most others already turned over. Many distressed, bank owned & for sale or rent, but sit empty. Houses that were fortunate enough to get renters find they stay as long as possible after last payment. More regular occurrance of MIA status during the day & quiet, late night moving, as in tippy toes gradual moving out, a new element to this low income neighborhood that was previously primarily long term home owners. Crime is encroching as end of block is known gang territory and area is flanked with subsidised housing.This neighborhood has been desimated to the degree that my home, the neighborhood, (what's left of it), is a shell of, and no longer resembles it's former self leaving little to love. This is now less of a home & more over priced scam that occurred at the hands of the obscenely greedy. I have been here 32 years and more than 1/2 dozen home owners here longer than me were ripped off. Those homes now sit bleak and empty. How does neighborhood revitalization help when in order to create low rent housing for low income renters, the process includes agressively driving off the families who were low income HOME OWNERS!!! Not much love in a nightmare with a hair stuck to it!
