Oak Springs is an active adult park with an amazing clubhouse and pool. Lots of amenities and a very low lot fee that includes water and trash for only $425 per month. This 1991 park model is in great condition and has some nice updates. The rear yard is huge and you can enjoy it from your private deck. The shed does not covey. It can be replaced by a plastic 7ft shed ( Park approval needed). The Florida room addition has been closed in to increase the square footage. No rear neighbors. Call Danny.
