The location is outstanding: we are across the street from 2 marinas and a boat launch, 3 minutes from 2 parks, down the street from restaurants and grocery store, 5 minutes from Eastport and 10 from downtown Annapolis, we also have easy access to Rt 50 and I 97. Having two small children we love that this is a dead end street (only local traffic) where kids can play on the street. Our neighbors are great, we all look after each other without getting in each other's business.
