Please read our reviews! The property is on a hilltop shared with 10 other houses all on 1-2 acre parcels. There are chickens goats and horses. While the feeling is country, we are just 3 miles from Oldtown and Downtown Auburn. The cottage is immaculately clean with high end appliances in like-new condition. Natural light streams in through the many windows. Due to its hilltop location the sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. While small in size (350 sq feet) the design and the peaceful outdoor patio create an open and airy space. There is a roomy closet and space in the attached garage for extra storage. The floors are stained concrete - living room and bedroom are a earthy terra cotta color and the bathroom is a leaf green. The unit is cooled and heated by a quiet and efficient mini split system. The cottage is currently furnished. You are welcome to use our furnishings or bring your own (no difference in price). The garden is on an irrigation system with no need for watering. The setting is very private. My husband and I live on the same property (3/4 acre) and value our privacy as well as yours. No smoking - even outside of cottage No pets 1 person maximum - sleepover guests allowed a maximum of 10 nights per month. 1 vehicle maximum 6 month stay minimum All utilities are included in rent.
