If failure to do this occurs and pipes in the wall freeze and break, it will be at the expense of the tenant to fix it -The Premises will be used exclusively as a residence -All vehicles operated by the tenant must be registered with the landlord. Only vehicles maintained in operational condition and properly licensed may be parked in approved areas. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the Tenants expense. Tenant may park no more than 3 vehicles at the residence. Landlord is not responsible for damage or theft while vehicles are parked in the approved areas. -The tenant or invitees are prohibited from use, storage, sale and manufacturing an illegal substance. -Tenant will replace broken glass regardless of cause of damage, at Tenants expense.
