This is an open, airy, loft-style apartment which takes up the entire third floor. The building is located next door to the West Warwick public library, the benefits of which are: 1) great place to study if you are a student 2) the floodlights over the library parking lot are left-on all night thereby giving you a sense of security as you leave your car and walk to the building and 3) the library lends out CDs and DVDs for your audio/visual pleasure!! A stove and refrigerator are included. In the past, this apartment has mostly appealed to artistic people who have done wonderful things with the unique layout. For example, the "brick" outside wall in the photo of the bathroom is actually not brick at all. The brick appearance was hand painted by an artist. The same individual also hand-painted a brick look on the outside-facing walls of the living room and bedroom. Although the apartment is located on the third floor, access to the apartment is via a door located in the second floor hallway. Once inside your apartment, you mount the stairway which takes you to the third floor. There is a bedroom, kitchen, living room and bathroom on the third floor. On the second floor, (as soon as you enter the apartment, but before you ascend the stairs), there is a storage/mud room which is approximately 25 square feet in size. There is off-street parking available for one car. I'm sorry but I do not accept pets.
